Receta Potato Varuval
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 500 gms, cleaned, washed, peeled
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida Powder – 1 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp, melted
- Oil – 250 ml
Method:
1. Slice the potatoes thinly.
2. Pat dry.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
4. Fry the sliced potatoes in batches till golden brown.
5. Drain excess oil and transfer to a bowl.
6. Add the chilli powder, salt, asafoetida powder and ghee.
7. Mix well and serve as a snack.
