Receta Pottukadalai Maladdu (Roasted Gram Laddu)
Ingredients:
- Pottukadalai (Split Roasted Gram) - 200 gms, powdered
- Sugar - 100 gms, powdered
- Cashewnuts and Raisins - 2 tblsp, fried in ghee
- Ghee - 150 gms
- Milk Powder - 2 tblsp
- Cardamom Powder - a pinch
Method:
1. Combine the roasted gram powder, milk powder, sugar, cashewnuts, raisins and cardamom powder in a bowl.
2. Heat ghee for 30 seconds and add to the bowl.
3. Mix well and shapee the mixture into small balls.
4. Store in an airtight container.
5. Serve.
