Ingredientes

  • 1 x Perdue chicken,cooked --
  •     Chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 slc Bacon -- cut into small
  •     Pcs
  • 2 ounce Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 x Onion -- minced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Chicken stockj or possibly water
  • 1 Tbsp. Brandy
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced tarragon leaves

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter or possibly margarine in fry pan. Brown bacon in butter or possibly margarine, add in chicken, mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper and brown lightly. Add in flour and stir. Add in chicken stock and stir. Add in brandy and tarragon leaves.
