Ingredientes

  • 5 c. Cooked white beans
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 4 x Large eggs separated
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 5 x Marron glaces (candied chestnuts) roughly minced
  • 1/4 c. Thinly-sliced dry apricots
  • 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9-inch spring form pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend beans till smooth. Pour into a mixing bowl and add in flour and egg yolks and mix well. Add in sugar, honey, chestnuts, dry apricots and baking pwdr and stir to mix well.
  3. Whip egg whites to soft peaks and fold the bean mix into the whites. Pour mix into buttered pan and bake in oven for 50 min to an hour, or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean. Cold to room temperature and serve.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
