1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder (non-aluminum)
1/4 tsp nutmeg, or to taste
1/2 tsp cinnamon, to taste
pinch of REALSALT ™
2 tbsp applesauce
1 1/4 cup coconut milk, or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp maple syrup, grade B

Add ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix batter. Cook on a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet or in waffle iron.
