Receta Praline Pork Chops

1. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops and cook 8-10 minutes on each side or until done. Remove chops, reserving drippings in skillet. Place chops on a serving platter.

2. Add brown sugar, evaporated milk, light corn syrup and pecan liqueur, if using. Bring to a boil. Stir in pecans and cook 1 minute or until heated through. Spoon pecan mixture over chops. *You can substitute skinless, boneless chicken breasts or salmon fillets.
