Ingredientes

  • 2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels
  • 1 cube butter, melted
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. apricot, orange or possibly raspberry Jello
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • Or possibly: 2 cans raspberries or possibly 2 pkg. frzn raspberries, thawed & liquid removed
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lg. carton Cold Whip

Direcciones

  1. Put together pretzels and melted butter. Pat mix into bottom of baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min. Remove from oven and cool. Put together fruit juices to make 2 cups (add in water if necessary). Add in Jello, bring to a boil, stir till dissolved. Chill till slightly set. Add in fruit. Pour fruit mix over cooled pretzel crust. Put together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over fruit mix. Chill till ready to serve.
