64 ounce Processed prickly pear
8 ounce Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
6 ounce Sherry wine vinegar

2 ounce Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
TT kosher salt
TT black pepper

Combine all in a large bowl & whisk. 2. Season to taste
NOTES : Optimal serving temp is 55 degrees for the best flavor
