- In a mortar and pestle, crush red chili, cumin, fennel and a healthy pinch of salt and pepper
- Add in a splash of oil to a frying pan and set heat fairly warm. Add in asparagus.
- Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add in slices of prosciutto and spices. Stir-fry for 1 minute more, then remove from heat and quickly add in herbs and a splash of extra virgin olive oil. Stir to mix well.
- Arrange prosciutto on plate and lay asparagus on top.
- Simple!
