Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb pitted prunes
  • 5 x sour apples, peeled, cored, and qua, rtered
  • 1 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd black peppe, r to taste

Direcciones

  1. Stew prunes. Cut stewed prunes into quarters.
  2. Cook apples in a very small amount of water till half done. Add in prunes, breadcrumbs, and poultry seasoning. Season well with salt and pepper. Mix well. Cold before stuffing bird.
