Ingredientes

  • 1 med Seedless orange
  • 1 pkt Pitted prunes, (12 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar, if you like

Direcciones

  1. Steel Knife: Cut orange in quarters, but don't peel. Process half the orange till fine, about 20 seconds. Add in half the remaining ingredients.
  2. Process till fine, about 15 to 20 seconds. Empty processor bowl. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Yield: about 2 1/2 c. filling.
  4. May be prepared in advance and refrigerated or possibly frzn.
  5. Note: It is a good idea to feel the prunes with your fingertips to make sure which no pits have been overlooked before packaging. Otherwise, you could damage the Steel Knife.
  6. If you wish to add in nuts, process about 1/4 c. walnuts for 4 to 5 seconds.
  7. Empty bowl and process remaining ingredients. Add in nuts and process a few seconds longer.
