Ingredientes

  • 1 c. prune pulp, stewed prunes without sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 4 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves or possibly nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pch salt
  •     Cream prune pulp, sugar and butter together.

Direcciones

  1. Add in Large eggs, buttermilk, soda, cinnamon, cloves, flour and salt.
  2. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees.
