Receta Pudalangai Chutney
Ingredients:
- Podalangai (Snake Gourd) - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Coconut - 4 tblsp, grated
- Dry Red Chillies - 6
- Onion - 1
- Tamarind - little
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Urad Dal - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan.
2. Fry the chopped onions, pudalangai pieces, red chillies, tamarind, coconut and salt for a minute.
3. Remove and cool.
4. Add a little water and grind well.
5. Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
6. Fry the mustard seeds and urad dal.
7. Pour into the chutney.
8. Serve.
