Puding Coklat Vla Rum

It's chocolate pudding with rum sauce. I use rum syrup, since I'm pregnant now.

Ingredientes

  • 1 table spoon plain agar-agar powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup plain low fat milk
  • 2 table spoons cocoa powder
  • 2 table spoons sugar
  • 1 cup plain low fat milk
  • 1 table spoon sugar
  • 1 table spoon cornstarch
  • 2 tea spoons rum syrup

Direcciones

  1. Simmer in a saucepan, 1 table spoon plain agar-agar powder, 1 cup water, 1 cup plain low fat milk, 2 table spoons cocoa powder and 2 table spoons sugar.
  2. Stir continuously to avoid curds.
  3. After it simmers, take out from the heat.
  4. Stir until the hot vapor disappears.
  5. Pour into a mould.
  6. While waiting for the chocolate pudding to harden, let's make the sauce.
  7. Simmer in a saucepan, 1 cup plain low fat milk, 1 table spoon sugar and 1 table spoon cornstarch.
  8. Stir continuously to avoid curds.
  9. After it simmer, add 2 tea spoons rum syrup.
  10. Stir again for a minute, then take out from the heat.
  11. To get a real refreshing dessert,chill the pudding and the sauce before serving.
