- Saute/fry onions, pepper, and celery. Add in shells and cook for 5 min. Add in white wine and tomato sauce. Add in water and simmer for 45 min. Strain and reserve stock.
- For Rice:Saute/fry onions, peppers, and add in roasted peppers. Add in rice and saute/fry till translucent/soft
- Add in seafood stock, crabmeat, and saffron cook for about 15 min at low heat. Add in lobster, shrimp, and sweet peas. Heat 3 min before serving
- Yield: 4 servings
