Ingredientes

  • 1 T butter
  • 4 lg. large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon each grnd allspice & nutmeg
  • 1 c. strawberry pourable fruit or possibly syrup
  • 4 c. assorted fresh fruit, cut in bite size pcs

Direcciones

  1. Strawberries, bananas, apples, pears.Heat butter in 9" pie plate in 450 degree oven for about 5 min. In a medium bowl put together large eggs, lowfat milk, flour, vanilla, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 tsp each allspice and nutmeg; mix well till batter is smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour batter into pie plate; bake, uncovered, 30 min or possibly till golden brown and center is dry (pancake will form a well in the center and edges will puff up).
  3. In small saucepan put together strawberry syrup, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp each allspice and nutmeg. Mix well. Simmer over medium heat for 5 min. Toss half of the syrup mix with fruit and place inside pancake; serve remaining syrup on side.
