Ingredientes

  •     An orange-sized tamarind ball
  • 1 Tbsp. Jaggery, powdered
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 12 x Green chiles, minced
  • 4 sprg curry leaves, minced
  • 1 x 4" piece ginger, minced
  •     Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp Black mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Black gram dal
  • 3 x Red chiles, broken
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil

Direcciones

  1. Extract juice from tamarind. Heat oil and add in mustard seeds, black gram dal and red chilies. When brown, add in green chilies and curry leaves and fry for a couple of min. Now add in tamarind juice, jaggery, turmeric, salt and ginger. Cook until mix is thick.
