Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb Corned beef, minced
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp Dry dill weed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dry parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry onions
  • 1 x Round pumpernickel bread
  • 1/2 loaf pumpernickel bread

Direcciones

  1. Blend lowfat sour cream & mayo. Add in corned beef. Add in all remaining ingredients (except bread) & blend together. Cut a pocket into the round pumpernickel bread.
  2. Chop pocket of bread & loaf into pcs. Pour dip into pocket. Serve on a tray surrounded with the pcs of bread.
