Receta Pumpkin Ale Soup
A blend of ginger, onion powder and pumpkin pie spice with a splash of Pumpkin Ale makes this Pumpkin Ale Soup thick and sumptuous.
I have been seeing a lot of post for pumpkin beer cheese soup. They all look so yummy. But I had to find a way to create a soup without the cheese factor.
So after reading through many different pumpkin soup recipes I came up with this Pumpkin Ale Soup recipe.

Nutty, like me. A subtle sweet spicy soup. Now say that five times fast.
Be patient with this soup. I tell you this only because those spices meld together so nicely and the longer it simmers the more intense the flavors.
Are you itching to try this one?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
