Receta Pumpkin and Coconut Milk Payasam
Ingredients:
- Yellow Pumpkin – 1/2 cup, grated
- Coconut Milk – 1 cup
- Pachai Karpooram (Edible Camphor) – very little
- Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
- Jaggery – 2 tblsp, grated
- Milk Powder – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Mix the milk powder with the coconut milk. Place over low flame.
2. Add pumpkin, cardamom powder, camphor and jaggery.
3. Stir well.
4. Serve.
