,%20but%20the%20batter%20just%20screamed%20to%20be%20thrown%20in%20an%208%C3%978%20pan%20and%20make%20bars.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20a%20lot%20of%20you%20know,%20I%20just%20love%20Nikki%E2%80%99s%20Coconut%20Butter.%20This%20is%20my%20third%20recipe%20using%20their%20coconut%20butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20can%20of%20coconut%20milk%20in%20the%20refrigerator%20the%20night%20before.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees%20F.%20Grease%20an%208%C3%978%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBlend%20coconut%20flour,%20eggs,%20coconut%20flakes,%20coconut%20butter,%20pumpkin%20pie%20spice,%20pumpkin%20puree,%20vanilla,%20baking%20powder,%20applesauce%20and%20salt.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20batter%20in%20the%20greased%20pan%20and%20cook%20for%20about%2025%20minutes%20until%20batter%20is%20set.%20Remove%20from%20oven%20and%20let%20cool%20for%20about%20an%20hour.%20Cut%20into%2016%20squares.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20medium%20saucepan%20over%20medium-low%20heat,%20place%20coconut%20milk%20(use%20solids%20from%20the%20top%20of%20the%20can%20plus%20any%20additional%20liquids),%20honey,%20vanilla,%20ghee,%20and%20coconut%20oil.%20Cook%20for%20about%2015%20minutes%20until%20the%20mixture%20reduces%20and%20darkens.%20The%20mixture%20should%20be%20thick%20on%20the%20back%20of%20a%20spoon.%20Remove%20from%20heat%20for%20about%205%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGently%20drizzle%20caramel%20over%20the%20cut%20pumpkin%20bars.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETop%20with%20optional%20dark%20chocolate%20curls.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
