Ingredientes

  •     nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 c. all-Bran Cereal or possibly any natural high-fiber cereal shreds
  • 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. corn syrup light or possibly dark
  • 2 x egg whites slightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. raisins

  1. Spray 12 muffin c. with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine pumpkin, cereal, lowfat milk, corn syrup and egg whites. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Add in pumpkin mix; stir till well blended. Stir in raisins. Spoon into prepared muffin c..
  2. Bake at 400 for 20 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan 5 min. Remove; cold on wire rack.
