Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All Bran cereal
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Puritan oil
  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 lg. can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon salt; optional
  • 1 quart. buttermilk
  • 2-3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves; optional
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 box raisins; optional
  • 2-3 c. minced nuts; optional
  • 4 c. All Bran cereal

  1. In a large bowl, put 2 cups All Brand, 2 cup oatmeal, and boiling water. Cool. Add in sugar, oil, large eggs, pumpkin and spices. Mix well with mixer. Add in rest of ingredients and mix by hand till all ingredients are mixed well.You can immediately bake whatever amount you would like or possibly put in covered container and store in the refrigerator till ready to bake later. This recipe makes over 4 dozen large muffins. If you bake immediately, fill muffin cup almost full at 375 degrees for 25 min, or possibly if take from refrigerator, bake from 28-30 min.
