Pumpkin/Butternut Bake

Easy to make .Use either Pumpkin or Butternut Squash.Freezes \well.Goes well with any cooked Meats.

Ingredientes

  • 750ml cooked Pumpkin or Butternut
  • 250ml Sugar
  • 50ml cornflour
  • 2 eggs
  • 45ml butter
  • 250ml milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix together Pumpkin,Sugar,Cornflour
  2. Beat eggs and add to pot
  3. Add heated milkand butter and mix very well
  4. Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 180c for 40 mins
