PUMPKIN CAKE

This is a very easy recipe to make, I use a bundt pan and just use a little powdered sugar sprinkled on the top, or you can use cream cheese frosting, which is very yummy with this cake, I use extra spices because my family likes it that way, I just taste until I like it, but you can add more or less for your taste, I always add more cinnamon and allspice, and if you don't have allspice, use some pumpkin pie spice, it's great with this cake, hope you enjoy

Ingredientes

  • 2 cups of flour,
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of canola or vegetable oil, your choice
  • 1 16 oz can of pumpkin

Direcciones

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside
  2. mix sugar and eggs in large bowl,
  3. beat at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy,
  4. add oil and pumpkin mix well,
  5. gradually add dry ingredients a little at a time, beating on low speed just until blended, bake in a 9x13 greased and floured, or you can bake in a bundt pan, the 9x13 for about 35 to 40 min at 350, the bundt pan for closer to an hour, just check on it,
