Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Unbleached flour
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 5 Tbsp. Margarine, cool
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced fine
  • 8 ounce Fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. Pumpkin
  • 2 x Egg whites, whipped
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Allspice

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350, Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare crust and topping, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in margarine to make crumb mix. Sit in walnuts. Set aside 3/4 c. mix for topping. Press remaining mix into bottom of prepared pan.
  2. Bake for 15 min. Meanwhile, to prepare filling, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, pumpkin, egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla, and allspice; blend till smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping.
  3. Bake for another 40 min or possibly till slightly hard.
