Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can Pumpkin pie filling, (18 ounce)
  • 1 pkt Instant vanilla pudding, (8 ounce)
  • 1 c. Heavy or possibly whipping cream
  • 2 pkt Ladyfingers, (8 ounce)
  • 1 jar walnut or possibly pecan dessert topping, (8 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. Heavy or possibly whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  •     Walnuts or possibly pecans for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine lowfat milk, pumpkin pie filling and instant pudding mix. Mix thoroughly with mixer or possibly egg beater. In small mixing bowl, whip cream till stiff peaks form. Fold into pumpkin/pudding mix. Line bottom and side of 2 1/2 to 3 qt bowl with ladyfinger halves, split sides up. Top with half of pumpkin/pudding mix and half of walnut or possibly pecan dessert topping. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, pudding mix and nut topping. Cover and chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. In small mixing bowl, combine next four ingredients and whip till stiff peaks form. Garnish dessert and sprinkle with nuts just before serving.
  3. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
