Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 c. Libby Solid Pack Pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. softened butter
  • 1 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Sift together first 6 ingredients. Put together pumpkin, sugar, lowfat milk and large eggs in mixing bowl. Add in dry ingredients and butter, mix till well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in well greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-55 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 1 loaf.
