Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Pumpkin butter*
  • 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 x Egg (or possibly 1 egg white)
  • 1/2 c. Uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Combine part "A". Add in part "B". Mix just till ingredients are moistened.
  2. Line 12 muffin c. with papers. Fill muffin c. almost full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle proportionately over batter-filled c.. Bake at 400 for 20-22 min till golden.
  3. can substitute 1 1/4 c. applesauce for the pumpkin butter
