Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 can (or possibly 16 ounce fresh) pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp grnd allspice
  • 1/8 tsp grnd cloves
  • 2/3 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. pecan pcs (optional)

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and Large eggs. Stir in pumpkin and orange peel. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, baking pwdr, allspice and cloves. Add in to creamed mix alternating with orange juice. Pour batter into a greased and floured 12 c. bundt pan. Bake at 350F for 50 to 55 min or possibly till a cake tester inserted in middle comes out clean. Cold 5 min; invert onto wire rack. Cold thoroughly. Spoon orange glaze over cake.
  2. Orange glaze:1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp grated orange peel1-2 tblsp of orange juice
  3. Blend together to spreading consistency
