Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie – Clean & Delicious®
Is it just me or does if feel absolutely essential that something pumpkin-y enter your body on Halloween Day?
So not only will we be eating chili, snacking on hummus and popcorn snack mix tomorrow, but we will also be starting the day with these amazing Pumpkin Smoothies.
These are the next best thing to eating pie for breakfast!
I used unsweetened vanilla soy milk as my base but feel free to use any milk you prefer.
I also added a couple tablespoons of protein powder in the mix because I had just come back from a strength training workout at the gym PLUS I like the flavor it adds. But it’s certainly not an essential ingredient so if protein powder is not your thing, just know you can skip it and still have a delicious smoothie (that kids love too!).
Happy Halloween!
