Ingredientes

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 can Libby's pumpkin (14 ounce)
  • 1 can Alpha evaporated lowfat milk (15 ounce)
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter; mix till crumbly. Press into ungreased 13 x 9 x2 inch pan. Bake in oven at 350 F for 15 min. Blend together pumpkin, lowfat milk, Large eggs, sugar, salt and spices. Pour over crust. Return to oven for 20 min. Combine pecans, brown sugar and butter. Sprinkle over pumpkin filling. Return to oven, bake 15 - 20 min. Cold in pan. Cut into 2 inch squares.
  2. Yield 2 dozen.
  3. Optional topping - mix cinnamon and brown sugar and sprinkle on top.
