Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1 pkt Yellow cake mix/18 ounce
  • 1 c. Canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 c. Softened butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1 c. Coarsely minced nuts
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate pcs
  •     Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. In bowl blend cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg with cake mix. Add in pumpkin, butter, Large eggs and water and beat at medium speed of electric mixer 2 min. Batter will be very thick. Stir in nuts and chocolate pcs. Spread batter in greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 min or possibly till done. Cold on wire rack, then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut cake into squares.
  2. Makes about 2 dozen 2-inch squares.
