Receta Quiche
Ok everyone, Egglands Best is having a recipe contest. The rules are it must be 8 or less ingredients and you have to have a blog Of course the recipe has to have Egglands Best eggs in it So I went for the quiche. It is pretty easy to make and is very good. It also makes great left overs. I didn't put meat in this one, so it will make an eggcellent Lenten meal. Add a simple salad to it and you have a delicious lunch or dinner. If you would prefer meat, ham or bacon goes very well with this also. The beauty of the quiche is that many leftovers in your refrigerator can be added such as chicken, beef, pork. Also many vegetables can be added such as spinach, asparagus and peppers. How ever you make it, make it your own and enjoy.
