Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Plain flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 8 ounce White vegetable fat
  • 8 ounce Caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 6 ounce Molasses sugar
  • 2 x Beaten Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. 1.Sift together the flour, salt, baking pwdr and spices.
  3. 2.Slowly heat the vegetable fat.
  4. 3.Cold till lukewarm and then pour into a food processor.
  5. 4.Add in the caster sugar, molasses sugar, vanilla and Large eggs.
  6. 5.Blend on medium speed.
  7. 6.Thoroughly fold in the dry ingredients.
  8. 7.Set aside till completely cooled. (Overnight in the fridge is best, if you have the time. Which helps to hard up the dough. Take out of fridge 20-30 min before you need to use it)
  9. 8.Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. 9.Bake for 15 min, till the edges are slightly brown.
