%20Back%20to%20the%20recipe.....I%20absolutely%20love%20pecan%20pie.%20But%20I%20save%20it%20for%20those%20holidays.%20I'm%20afraid%20if%20I%20ate%20it%20all%20year%20around,%20it%20wouldn't%20be%20special%20anymore.....and%20then%20I%20wouldn't%20love%20it%20anymore%20and%20and%20and....then%20what?%20How%20horrible%20to%20not%20have%20a%20favorite%20pie,%20right?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20I%20saw%20these%20bars%20(mine%20look%20way%20different%20than%20the%20ones%20I%20saw)%20and%20I%20knew%20I%20had%20to%20try%20them.%20Oh...you%20wanna%20know%20where%20I%20saw%20them?%20Over%20at%20Brown%20Eyed%20Baker%20and%20she%20calls%20them%20Chunky%20Pecan%20Pie%20Bars.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20were%20yummy...and%20disappeared%20in%20no%20time...and%20they%20hit%20the%20spot.%20Chocolate,%20nuts,%20sweet,%20sticky,%20easy,%20quick...etc%20etc......you%20get%20the%20idea.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20tell%20me%20to%20shut%20up%20and%20hand%20over%20the%20recipe%20already..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPress%20the%20flour%20mixture%20into%20the%20bottom%20of%20your%20casserole%20dish%20and%20bake%20for%20about%2015%20minutes%20or%20until%20lightly%20browned.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20thats%20baking,%20whisk%20together%20the%20eggs,%20corn%20syrup,%20sugar,%20melted%20butter%20and%20vanilla.%20Stir%20in%20the%20pecans%20and%20chocolate%20and%20pour%20into%20the%20casserole%20pan,%20once%20the%20%22crust%22%20is%20finished%20cooking.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%20about%2030%20minutes%20or%20until%20set.%20Let%20cool%20completely,%20in%20the%20pan%20before%20cutting%20into%20bars%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt's%20like%20eating%20little%20mini%20sized%20pecan%20pies%20only%20it's%20got%20chocolate%20in%20them!!!%20And%20us%20women%20know%20how%20important%20chocolate%20is%20when%20we're%20having%20a%20craving....for%20that%20special%20something.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
