  • 1 lb Grnd chuck
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Pinto beans
  • 1 can Water
  • 1 pkt Taco seasoning
  • 1 pkt Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Brown the meat and drain. Mix rest of ingredients. Simmer 45 min. Serve topped with grated jack cheese and lowfat sour cream.
