Quick Black Forest Bundt Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 x (18.25 oz) package devils food cake mix with pudding
  • 3 lrg Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. almond extract
  • 1 x (21-oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  •     Chocolate Glaze (recipe below)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C). Grease and flour a 12 c. bundt or possibly a 10 inch tube pan; set aside. In large mixing bowl combine cake mix, beaten Large eggs, almond extract, cherry pie filling and semisweet chocolate chips. Stir till just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 55 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cold on wire rack for 15 min before removing from pan. Cold completely on wire rack before glazing.
  2. Chocolate Glaze1 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. milk1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips1/2 c. powdered sugar
  3. Heat butter and lowfat milk in a saucepan over medium heat till it just begins to boil. Remove from heat; add in chocolate chips and let set 2 to 3 min till chocolate has melted. Stir to combine ingredients; add in powdered sugar and mix well. Drizzle glaze over cake.
  4. Serves 12.
