Quick Chicken Tortilla Soup

- 1 box of Pacific Organic Tortilla Soup Base (32 ounces)
- 8 ounces cooked, grilled chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup corn
- ½ tomato, chopped
- handful of cilantro
- 2 corn tortilla’s seasoned with lime juice and fine sea salt, sliced and baked
- Optional ingredients can include black beans, chopped jalapeno, and avocado slices

I am all for quick dishes in the kitchen for many reasons. Some of us have busy lives. Some don’t like to cook. and sometimes we just want easy and delicious.
