Quick & Easy Festive Holiday Croissants are perfect for weekend brunches. Filled with pistachios, cranberries and drizzled with white chocolate, they represent the colours of the holiday in taste and appearance.

- Preheat oven to 375º F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment
- Unwrap rolls
- Sprinkle each roll pistachios and cranberries
- Roll into croissants and place on baking sheet
- Sprinkle with sugar, slightly tap with finger to stick on dough
- Bake for 15-17 minutes
- Remove from oven, cool slightly
- Place on cooling rack
- Melt chocolate and place in piping bag
- Drizzle over each croissant
- ENJOY!!
