Ingredientes

  • 3/4 pound grnd beef
  • 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg.. frzn corn or possibly mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Shilling Mexican seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • Cheez Whiz

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in large frying pan, drain. Add in tomatoes, water, corn (or possibly mixed vegetables) and all seasonings. Bring to a boil, boil two min. Stir in rice, cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with a fork. Add in Cheez Whiz on top. Makes 4 servings.
