Receta QUICK FRENCH FRIES

This is a simple and easy recipe for french fries.The boiling method and frying in high heat won't absorb that much oil in the potatoes. Try it!

Ingredientes

oil for frying
-
1 kg. large potatoes, washed & peeled

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Direcciones
- Cut potatoes into sticks.
- Boil enough water in a big pan.
- Drop potato sticks and boil for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander.
- Season with salt and sprinkle flour.
- Deep fry potatoes in a very hot oil until light crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
