QUICK FRENCH FRIES

This is a simple and easy recipe for french fries.The boiling method and frying in high heat won't absorb that much oil in the potatoes. Try it!

Ingredientes

  • oil for frying
  • 1 kg. large potatoes, washed & peeled
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. Cut potatoes into sticks.
  2. Boil enough water in a big pan.
  3. Drop potato sticks and boil for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander.
  4. Season with salt and sprinkle flour.
  5. Deep fry potatoes in a very hot oil until light crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
