A very quick stir fry veggie mix than anyone can try. Eating healthy is not hard to do :)

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add stir-fry vegetables and let it steam, stirring often, until hot. Stir in oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce) and vinegar.
- Stir fry it for a few minutes and put in a serving dish.
- Serve hot.
