Quick 'N' Easy Risotto

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. minced mushrooms
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. rice uncooked
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 3/4 c. Di Giorno Shredded Pecorino Romano Cheese divided
  • 1/4 c. 2% lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in saucepan on medium heat. Add in mushrooms and onion. Cook and stir 5 min or possibly till tender.
  2. Stir in rice, water and wine. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 min or possibly till rice is tender.
  3. Stir in 1/2 c. of the cheese and lowfat milk. Serve with remaining cheese.
  4. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
