Receta Quick Pepper Steak

- Slice beef into thin strips. (To make slicing easier, freeze beef 1 hour.)
- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat half the oil. Add in beef in 2 batches and stir-fry till browned. Set beef aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add in remaining oil. Add in peppers, onion and garlic pwdr and stir-fry till tender-crisp. Pour off fat.
- Add in gravy and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Return beef to pan. Reduce heat to low and heat through. Serve over rice.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
