Receta Quick Radish Salad
Ingredients
- 250 gms (2, 7oz packets) Red skinned radish, thinly sliced
- 1 stem spring onions, chopped
- Dressing (1)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley and cilantro
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 Lime Juice
- 2-3 Tbsp Honey, adjust sweet as you like
- 1/4 cup Honey roasted pine nuts
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let it sit on the counter or in the refrigerator for an hour. Toss the roasted pine nuts just before serving.
