- 2 medium-sized firm fish fillets of choice (I used Tilapia)
- For the marinade:
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp light cooking oil
- For the Sauce:
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
- 1 tbsp light cooking oil
- fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
- salt, to taste
