Ingredientes

  • 1 x Rabbit cut into pcs
  •     Flour
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 7 c. Boiling water
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 c. Corn kernels
  • 3 x Potatoes cubed
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3 med Onions sliced
  • 2 c. Canned tomatoes with juice

Direcciones

  1. Roll the rabbit pcs in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in butter. Add in rabbit and all remaining ingredients, (with the exception of the tomatoes), to the boiling water, cover, and simmer for 1/2 to 2 hrs. Add in the tomatoes and continue to simmer another hour.
