- Preheat oven to 374
- bring 4 cups water to a boil in a meium saucepan. add all but 2 radishes and boil for 10 minutes. thinly slice remaining 2 radishes. Drain the water and place radishes in a food processor. Pulse to puree, then add the butter salt and purse to combine.
- Put the pita rounds on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until crispy. spread a layer of the butter over each piece followed by a sprinkle of the feta cheese and a layer of the peas and the sliced radishes garnish with the mint.
