Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Korean or possibly daikon radish, thinly sliced
  •     into bite-size pcs
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 x green onions with some greens, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer unmtil the radish is tender, about 10 min.
  3. Serve warm.
